1. Fill the Tank & Change the Oil

Drive the car a few miles after adding the stabilizer to allow it to flow through the system and top it off afterward. 2. Get It Detailed & Prepped 

Wash and wax the exterior and clean the interior with an upholstery cleaner. Vacuum the floors and seats. Wipe the dashboard and steering wheel for dust and oil. Before putting the vehicle away, ensure the interior is completely dry to prevent mold and rust. 

3. Fill the Tires & Put the Car on Jacks

4. Address the Battery

Check the battery terminal for corrosion and clean it with a solution of baking soda, petroleum jelly, and distilled water. 

5. Park It in a Safe Place 

Once it’s ready to be stored, pick a secure vehicle storage space. A heated garage or climate-controlled unit is best.
