Dr. Schlabach, Emergency Department Medical Director,  Jeff Mincy, EMS Chief,  and Meagan Burgan, RN, Emergency Department Director, collaborate monthly to do mock scenarios with physicians and nurses to practice skills and critical decision making. This month was a respiratory scenario where the team practiced needle decompression, chest tube placement, intraosseous access, central line placement, and intubation.
