You did it! You hit your 10-pound weight loss goal. Time to reward yourself but not in the way you may have been used to.   3. Go see a movie with a friend.
  4. Get a pedicure/manicure.
  5. Try a new haircut.
  6. Enjoy a laugh at a comedy club.
  7. Attend a concert.
  8. Get a good book and read!
  9. Take a day off work.
  10. Buy yourself a gourmet coffee/tea.
