Technical careers call for professional training—and yet, it’s not always easy to find a high-quality trade school nearby that will help you meet your career goals; perhaps you’re busy working, and are struggling to find the time to fit in adult education courses. But if you’re seeking a plumbing, electrical, or OSHA-10 course this winter or spring, then Berk Trade and Business School in Long Island City, NY will be offering the classes you need at times that will fit your schedule.

The school is offering three electrical installation classes on January 12th, 2015: the day session is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the afternoon session is from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m, and the evening session takes place from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. In all these classes, you’ll receive practical hands-on training, and leave with the confidence you need to succeed as an electrician.

When it comes to adult education, it can be helpful to have your choice of class dates. One of Berk's comprehensive plumbing classes, for instance, will take place on January 26th, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and then again on March 9th, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Experienced instructors at Berk who understand technical careers through-and-through will teach students about various pipes and fitting, as well as how to read blueprints and commercial drawings.

Finally, the trade school is offering an OSHA-10 construction safety course on February 9th and 10th from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. This course is available to current students and graduates of Berk Trade and Business School only.

Adult education for technical careers can be tricky due to timing or other issues, which is why Berk Trade and Business School makes every effort to offer classes and programs that best serve their students' interests.
